About Giulio Vesprini
Giulio Vesprini was born in 1980, precisely at the intersection of graphic design, architecture and urban art.
His academic education in architecture and the eclecticism in communicative research are the premises of the artist’s archigraphic visions, who is a follower of cohesion with space and practices of urban tactics.
Contamination and multidisciplinarity are found in his minimal aesthetics, in the graphic line of his primitive drawings, in the abstract expressionism of his forms and patterns. Giulio Vesprini’s relationship with public space is reflective and necessary: walls, street furniture and paved surfaces are the media that allow the street artist to live in the city and its human matter.
In 2013, he opened the independent studio “Asinus in Cathedra” in Civitanova Marche, which is his hometown, his earth-space, his creative habitat. Here Giulio narrates the culture of post-abandonment and decadent urbanization. Here he reaches out to nature in the process of recovering its places, rhythms and original conditions.
