BIOGRAPHY

About Monograff

Monograff produces works that reflect the elaborations the artist makes based on his experiences and the surrounding environment, establishing a visual dialogue with the social and political issues of the city of Florence.

During his time studying at the Academy, thanks to his acquaintance with James Vega, he became interested in street painting interventions, especially in abandoned places. From that moment, all the didactic notions were incorporated into his street works and influenced them; he learned the spray technique and began painting with rollers and brushes.

The color blue, reminiscent of Portuguese azulejos, emerges as a central element and guiding theme in his recent artistic production, serving as a bridge between his academic background and his future experiments and creations.
